Fyi, 22 is adjusted differently. We don't have the procedure or a video
For the flux capacitor delete system, put the levers in Park and Turf mode.
Make sure the rear diff is locked (jack up a tire and try to turn it)
Pull the plastic cover off the rear diff (left side).
Adjust the nut like the front diff cable --> tighten the nut till the cross barrel just touches the end of the slot in the diff lock arm.
Back the nut off 1/2 turn.
Put the cover back on.
Done.

Are you sure it's stuck in Turf? Mine will often not show the 2WD Lock indicator on the dash for a bit but it still locks. You may need to adjust it just a bit more in the lock direction if it isn't actually locking.

That can't be, I have been told by many here that turf mode is not at all a weak link in the rear diff.

Must be another problem somewhere else.

It absolutely isn't. It's mechanical and needs to be adjusted just like anything else with a linkage.

I have seen a lot of posts about Pioneer's making a clanking/banging sound when shifting from 2WD to Turf Mode. I have made a video detailing how to fix this and what causes that. Please like and subscribe and I hope this helps some of you!
Thank you soo much for this informative, clear and concise video on this topic. The only thing I will add is to emphasize this will be NOT a one and done solution( especially is one is replacing the cable!) In saying this, my advice is to loosely assemble the cover plate and then do several test drives , shifting through all the modes.
