P1000 Rear Hitch Question

I had an extra hitch that I used on my zr2 laying around the shop. It fit perfectly with no excessive freeplay. Guess I just lucked out. Mine also has the extra holes running vertical. They are to the rear of the vehicle compared to the horizontal holes. If I ever had interference issues with the muffler I could always use the vertical holes if I drilled my hitch.

No problem, easier to hook up to without crawling underneath. Bought one of those game winches that slides into rear extended hitch to clean and skin game. Can lift 500 lbs.
