I regretfully will have to back out of trip.hopefully we can ride together another time. My dad's chemo for his skin cancer has made him feel really bad. I cut his grass and do what needs to be done on weekends he should be done in a few weeks and things will get back to normal.

Yes I'm sorry you can't make it. Was looking forward to meeting you but Dads come first. Best of luck and prayers to him.

Thanks guys. And yes it is melanoma and they think the chemo will take care of it. At first they were going to do a surgery on his lip but they started this and he is responding well. It just makes him sickly feeling and weak plus he's 76.

Good to hear he doing better. Reason I ask is because my wife works in the Moes (melenoma) clinic at the University of Michigan.

Sorry to hear this. My wife is a Stage III survivor going on 5 or 6 years now. We've done the Miles for Melanoma 5k in Cleveland every year it has been there. Thoughts and prayers for Dad and the family. There might only be one patient listed on the chart, but all of you go through it together.
