Ride to Royal Blue, all welcome?

August 1, Monday, my Wife and I are talking strongly about trailering to Royal Blue and spending the day, (weather permitting). I've never been there but have heard good things. If anyone wants to meet up that day and play let me know or if you have another destination in mind, I'm open to suggestions. @Delton, I know you have days off during the week like me. Admins.... If this is in the wrong section, feel free to move to the proper area.. Don

Is this still a go @drfubar ? Monday August 1st, I am free would be glad to meet and ride with you. Might have a couple others that would join.

@JACKAL, Yep, I'm not sure my Wife is going now with me but I'm still going. @Delton, as far as I know is still going and maybe another fella I know from my area might be able to go too... He has a Polaris but he's a pretty good fella... lol. August 1 is a Monday... You are next door to Royal Blue I see so the rest of us will be meeting up in Harriman and heading north from there on 27. We'll need to exchange numbers at some point so we can coordinate a time. Delton can chime in here too..

I don't ride people much about being pulled out of the mud (no matter what the brand). I figure if you aren't being pulled out every now and then, you aren't going deep enough lol.

OK here is a map of the exit and where we will end up parking after meeting at El Rays off I-75. See you all about 10 AM Monday, looks like I will have another couple with me as well. Will make for a good size small group ride. Just tell me how long you want to be out. To see much (waterfalls, elk , etc.) better plan on 4-6 hours on trails at least. Definitely pack lunch, snacks, and water or preferred beverage. Click on thumbnail for full size image.

That time frame is probably pretty good, we will have a 2+hour drive back so we don't want to get back too late. Yep will have lunch / snacks and plenty of water. Looking forward to seeing the sights too.
