I love my 2020 Honda Pioneer deluxe 1000-5. I do notice a little body roll when taking corners and and it feels a little spongy on inclines. I'm running about 14psi. I was wondering if replacing the Maxxis stock 4 plys with a better tire makes that much of a difference? Or is it more of a suspension thing? I eventually what to swap the shocks out, but I dont really feel like it rides to rough. Thanks!

I did. I have about 200 miles on it. Loving every min, just want to get the most out of it.

That’s great. Just wanted to see if your sway bar was disconnected, but not likely if it’s new.

I found when I changed the tires out there was a big difference, (I went with a LT at first) the stiffer side helped, then when I upgraded the shocks @1700 miles that help too with the body roll.

That's kinda what I was thinking. These 4 plys dont do the machine justice I'm thinking.
Get some 30’s, it will change your life! 😂

i like my bighorns.no punctures,decent wear,all around good traction for the areas i ride,and i ride hard...twss.
I’m glad you like them, traction wise I liked them but I hated everything else about them.

i was considering carnivores for my next replacements, but now i'm leaning towards original bighorns, not the 2.0.no plans to change my a arms or upgrade to square tires.sticking to staggered.

I put a highlifter 2-1/2” bracket lift on my 2016 P1000-5 love the looks but I noticed it stiffened up the ride a little an got rid of almost all of the sponge side roll it handles much better.
