P1000 Rocker Switch trouble

when i press “IN” it goes out...when I press “OUT” it goes in.....does anyone know why?

Just switch you wires around on the switch...or on the winch contact.

This is what I got......seeems like theres only one way to hook up the wires and that’s the way I did it

Mine did not come with the pigtails on the bullet connectors like pictures above

Reverse the wires on your winch contactor.

Regardless of what it came with, switch the wires on one end or the other and in will be in and out will be out.
