I have been wanting to build a low profile one out of ABS but I can only find 4ft wide. And to fit tight to the cage on a p4 I need a 5ft sheet.
Otherwise. I guess I will have to make it a 2 piece job. :-(

I used aluminum diamond plate to make mine. Just bought a 4x8 sheet from local metal shop. It's not the prettiest cause I did it by hand and rubber mallets but turned out ok. I'll try to get better pictures for you guys

Wood4502, I sees your pic a few months back on the WV trails. From that short distance you can barley tell it's rubber mallated to fit.
It looks good. A few more pictures when you get time would be great.
Thanks.

Here is another photo! Cool thing is I can do whatever I want to it. Thinking about making an extension to the rear for shade when working off the back. Also tempted to install a couple mounts for shovels and things, maybe a cooler rack. Just waiting to see what my needs will be.

I got some pictures for you guys. I used 1 1/2 inch clamps from local hardware store, cost around 20 cents a piece. Then i plasti-dipped them. Then i used 1/2 inch foam tape, for on top of roll bars for rattle. There is no rattle at all, works pretty good. Its very sturdy hardy any movement at all. Even at highway speeds. When i went to hatfields there was several times it 90 mph. I also put a support in the center for the windsheild for extra support for it. Hope this helps for the guys looking to make there own.

Yea made windshield from polycarbonate lexan from local hardware store. I got four clamps from extreme metal products and used door weatherstripping from Carquest to seal on roll bars.

Looks good!! I was looking into making one for a temporary solution. I purchased the vinyl one for the rhino and ranger, they fit the front and rear. I read it in a post on here for something temporary!
