P700 rubber boot protector replacements?

Does anyone make a metal replacement for the plastic front cv boot guard on the front wheels? I have StrongMade Stick Stoppers well made and heavy powder-coated steel but they do not protect the cv boot on the wheel.

I think those plastic guards are better off plastic. I think if it were metal it would get bent and peel that boot like a potato.
