Anyone else installed SuperATV high-clearance boxed radius arms and after a few rides they squeak like a 50 year old worn out car? Took them apart this weekend and used white lithium grease on frame mounting points and they still squeak. It's much better, but still squeaking. Torqued to 58 ft. lbs. per spec. Squeaks are coming from 4 mounting bolts on frame. Just wondering if anyone has something that's worked to eliminate the squeak. Maybe increase torque on bolts? 23 Talon 1000R LV.

Yes and Nope!
1,500 miles since install, lots of mud and crap and no squeaks.
Maybe some fluid film?

That's why replacing uniballs (What Honda uses) with bushings is a dumb idea. Ask SATV if the stock joints fit their boxed arms and if so, install those. Bushings have no business in arms that have 17" of wheel travel, it's just done to keep mfg costs down and for no other reason.
