Nope. I think it goes all the way back to the start...cause mine fell off on my 2014, IIRC.

Im 99.9% sure my 2014 had them, and 100% sure my 2020 does, so if they aren't on yours, they either fell off or never got put on at the factory (very possible).
As for part #'s, you can probably find that on a parts site like Rocky Mountain ATV/MC...but I wouldn't bother. It's paper thin, and while I'm sure it does something, I'd just get aftermarket stuff which will probably work better and kill more sound/heat.
