Bad prep on your dealer's behalf.
I would recommend going over all the seatbelt mounting points, as well as the bolts holding the roll cage at all the intersections.

I should have been more specific, it’s the middle seatbelt fastener. That seemed like a lot of thread showing. Thanks Neohio and Hondasxs. I’ve found all kinds of loose fasteners throughout the vehicle. Guess that’s why they paint mark everything lol. I’ll back it out and see if it’s cross threaded. And apparently I need to buy a bushing. Thanks again
