P1000 Serial Number deciphering

How do you know what the serial numbers mean? My last digits are 21.... is that the 21st unit made that year?

Yes thats the 11th model down from the top in the list I posted above.

Last 6 are the stock # or what determines where in the fold yours was produced. We once had a Foreman here that was 000001, the first one of that model off the line.
