Shady Oaks ATV trails

Does anyone know about these? I was on Hwy 23 today, driving north toward Marshall, MN. I passed a highway sign that said Shady Oaks ATV Trails. Is anyone familiar with these trails? If so, what can you tell me about them?

I saw it too driving to the Vikings game a few weeks ago too. This is what I found.

Thanks for the info. I will have to check these trails out....once I get my P 1000, and when it opens again next spring.
