Do you have to use a fuse block when adding lots of accessories?? I plan on adding light bar, whip lights, reverse lights. Is it just a good practice or can I just run everythingdirect to battery?

You'll want to have fuses on your accessories so that a malfunction in one of the accessories doesn't endanger the other accessories, or worse, your main battery.

Nappy is that a Honda OEM half windscreen/deflector? Or aftermarket. I am in the market for one and wasnt too crazy about the Honda one on the 700, curious to find out how it works I have found 2 other aftermaket ones but was'nt sure about them.

It is the Honda half windshield. It seems really durable and looks good too. I like the half versus the full windshield. Once dust or mud get on it you can't see anything then it scratches when you try and get the mud off. Can't go wrong with the half in my opinion

where did u get the mounts for the roof and what gauge of metal did you use.

The roof has the quick connects. It's a Honda product. The dealer had already put it on before I bought it.

5051 aluminum .090.. the brackets I found on ebay for $18 a pair so I used 5 pair. Total roof cost me about $300 compared to $600 from honda. I plan to spray that gray bedline stuff on it to help with the Florida hot!

I am wondering how it deflects the air, the one for the 700 felt like it could be about 2-3 inches higher. But airflow on the 1000 vs the 700 seems different with the higher nose on the 1K. I too am not a fan of full windshields, til winter comes along then i'll swap it out for the glass.

Nice pics! How did it do in those situations? How did the winch do?
It did great. Kept bottoming out on sand in the creeks while trying to go up the embankment but that was expected considering the sandy bottom. The other hole was actually really deep....I decided to winch bc the front end wanted to slide over and didn't want to roll it. Winch did great...glad I had a second battery which let it pull without hesitation. I have synthetic line and haven't had a chance to check for wear on it...there are some concerns that it may contact sharp edge due to the extreme angulation from the spool
