Actually you are not too far off, but I prefer the International Lonestar platform, these thing list new for $400K but can be bought off of race teams after 5 years some with only 37K miles on them for about $140K pretty much the same I have invested in my Toyhauler and tow vehicle now. Throw in a 36' stacker trailer and you got room for a Jeep & 4 SXS

I can't get over how much better these look. Love that machine dying for mine. Everyone says the same good stuff. Power will be nice! Do the doors sag on yours? Can you tell me if it appears there is any space behind that warning stick in the middle of the dashboard?

The doors don't sag but there is play in the hinges with time they may. As for space behind the warning sticker from the middle rivet to the right is clear.

Here is my GO PRO first ride in my P1000-5 that I got today. It sounds a lot better than it does in the video. Very smooth and fast. I did notice that a lot of heat blows/comes out of the shift lever area. But it was 85 degrees out and it wasn't that big of a deal. It sounds like a street bike when idling.

I noticed the engine whines too. But I think because the camera is near the back and in an enclosed case it sounds different. But now I am curious if others notice a whine too.

Hondas sport bikes sound similar I bet it's just nature of the engine

I also noticed it came with 20psi in the tires. I let out to 13psi front and 14psi back like the book says and it rides so much softer now.

As the pitch of the whine was not changing with engine speed I would guess its the rear end gears.
The 500 and 700 both have loud gears because of the way they are cut.
