Doesn't look like a side wall pinch to me? Thats strange, what ply?
6 ply
There was actually 2 small holes within 1/2" and I was thinking pinch flat...but now that you mention it, does seem far up the sidewall for that. It was on an older, lightly used trail that did have plenty of growth taking back over the 2 track. Lots of prickly things in the desert. Hopefully just a fluke.

Did some trail cruising Saturday with @lee & @Hondasxs in the New River Unit that has been recently marked by TWRA. Note both the TWRA & Brimstone signage. Some beautiful rock formations, waterfalls, and creek beds in this area that hasn't been scarred by clear cutting timber harvesting that mar the natural beauty for decades.

New River unit is the best place to ride on Saturdays to avoid the crowd. Especially when it warms up.

Yes, I’m that guy that puts his p500 away wet and runs it hard the next day.
If any club founders want some actual plow experience I’ll save you some; just sayin.

For the video guys. Nothing special, just ridin' but better than rotting in front of the TV. On each clip the red dot on the track log (upper left) will jump to my location (why they were included). The only 'rocky' section starts at 12:15.

You need a snow picture in the ROTM thread.

Where were you riding? What are using for a camera?

It's Rainbow Falls between Woodland Park and Deckers, Colorado. The camera is a Virb Elite but discontinued. The gauges are from Garmin's Virb Edit which is free but the data for the gauges comes from the camera. I don't know if the GoPro has that info (Garmin calls it G-Metrix) or if it's compatible with Virb Edit.

Since moved to the side of my helmet for the SxS.

I got to ride again yesterday, another banner day in the Rockies.

For those who don't care to watch a 28 minute video, I have a brain fart at 8:15 - 11:35 and the real(?) SxS stuff starts at 25 minutes. This software picked screen shot is when I got out to see why I couldn't back down what I just went up.

Millsite canyon is spectacular...despite burning in last year's wave of AZ fires. I've posted pics on the 500 a while back, but the "cleanse" of fire allows better views of what lies beneath...

See @Farmer, trees...

A few rock walls line this area, but the fire knocked down the vegetation making them easier to see...

I'm sure this group will never ride with me again. I got us lost in the dark on the way back. Added about 3 hours to the ride. I had 2 flat tires. The guy in the 500 thought he was out of gas at 67 miles but it wouldn't run due to the radiator being jammed pack with mud and was overheating. I had a blast but I don't think they did.
