P1000m5 Shoutout to whoever suggested Super Clean

Just wanted to say thanks to whoever suggested Super Clean. Don't remember where I saw it on the forum but my white 1000-5 deluxe is cleaner than I thought it would ever be again. Wasn't quite as easy as spray on and rinse off but spraying it on and a simple wiping with a rag (no scrubbing required) and it looks good as new. I did mix it about 50/50 with water. It was on sale for $6.99 a gallon at menards so it's cheap as well.

I think that may been @joeymt33. I also use it and it works great.
It works excellent on the textured plastic and tires.

Didn't try to get that spotless. I did one small area below the drivers door and maybe wiped rag over it three or four times with very light pressure and then rinsed it off. I just went to garage and checked that area. It appears to be very clean.

I then coat all black and all underside with spray style tire shine. I wipe excess from external black and let underside just drip. Looks better than new.

I use super clean too. I don't dilute it. Be careful on metal... I ruined my tonneau cover frame the other day with it...

I love SuperClean. I use it straight... spray on, scrub abit, sit, rinse off. You have to knock off the larger dirt chunks first though. I don't see many surfaces on P500 that it would harm.

I have always used superclean. I don't dilute. My process is this. General spray down removing 80%+ of dirt. Superclean an area then spray it down good. This will loosen up a lot of stubborn dirt. I then handwash with a car wash soap. Sounds like a lot of work but it isn't. If I want a like new shine put on it I spray on the maxima sc1

I have used simple green on the motocross bikes for years & that does a good job as well. Used the super clean once & like nbomar says not a very good outcome especially on aluminum parts. I guess if your careful with it. Oh well live a little & learn a lot..

Something else I tried today that is absolutely amazing... SC1. It's expensive but holy cow this stuff is impressive! My rig looks pretty close to new... the scratches and discoloring are all gone. I've been told to spray down the undercarriage with it and the mud will just fall off. I bought a couple cans and it took 1 can to spray the entire front suspension and undercarriage and the entire body. I need to do the rear suspension and undercarriage with the second can.

This stuff is awesome, makes your bike smell as good as it looks too. Warning once you use this, your bike washes are going to cost you more money!!. Water does bead off of it and I find the next time you wash your bike it cleans easier.

I can't believe how clean this thing is without putting a wash mitt or brush anywhere on it. Blows my mind. I've also always just assumed sc1 was just armorall in a can... it's nothing like it. It's not greasy or wet to the touch after it's sat for a few minutes.
