The "pilot" or slow jet on these carburetors are on the top, under the idle screw. It's plastic and controls flow through holes in the side of the orifice it sits in. The "jet" usually doesn't clog on these, the side ports do.
The main jet is inside the carburetor, flat head screw driver to remove. Also remove the tube underneath it and clean it as well..
Also you might want to check for the fuel valve recall some of those units had and the inverter thermal recall
