P500 Soft rear panel

I'm thinking of ordering the OEM soft rear panel, found it for $135. There is to much snow coming in the cab from the vacuum created by the hard roof and front tilt windshield. Same problem with the dust in the summer.
Questions are:
Soft rear panel work with the hard top?
Will the rear panel solve the snow/dust problem?
I have a spare tire, will I be able to cut a small square out of the panel to accommodate? Or will it ruin the panel?

Soft panel does work with rigid roof.
It definately helps keep stuff from coming in.
I think you should be able to cut a small hole without a problem.

I have the soft panel and I like it but I get a lot of dust. I'm not sure how you have your spare mounted but the panel does have a zipper opening across the middle that might work for your spare. It's there as a window opening and if you open it and open the front windscreen it helps with the dust.
