Good morning Ohanacreek, Did any of your local shops pick up your designs for offering to the public?

No not a one.

You left us hanging. Can you share any drawings or basic dimensions?

Or at least more pictures, closed, open, unloaded, two or three different angles

I don't have anymore pictures, or the 700 anymore to be able to take more, the shop I had fab them up doesn't want to bother with getting me drawings.

They were available for 3 months, sorry you weren't able to get one.

Maybe someone here that got one will share lots of photos.

I have a friend that owns a fab shop. I think he would consider a limited run if I ask him.

It's basic just make sure you have thick metal, good welds and strong gussets.

Here is what I did. Its very strong and has been tested extensively. Once I left it unlatched and rode some really bumpy trails for 3 miles before noticing. It was still perfectly aligned and closed perfectly. Mine does limit visibility, but so does 2 rear passengers or a bed full of hunting gear. I also like that it helps hold in all of my hunting gear in the bed with less strapping down. The Ammo can has: scissor jack, 12v air pump, tire plug kit, lug wrench, hatchet, folding shovel(e-tool), Jumper cables, extra 50' synthetic winch rope, and few other misc. items. It is held on by one pin and stays put very well after many miles without issue.

Click to see my thread with many pics.
