P700 Super atv flip windshield

Is anyone else having issue with the struts holding the outside edges of the upper windshield open a little bit when it is closed and latched?

Yes, but you will get used to it. It requires a lot of adjusting and tweaking. The functionality and ergonomics of it was easy for me to over look the ends not touching. It has Been absolutely flawless four 4 years now.when I had first installed the shield it was much worse but there customer service insured me I had more adjusting to do. 3/8” is all now

Shimmed the windshield 1/4 “ away from the bracket so it would clear the lower bracket,which allowed it to close further. About 3/8”now , does it rattle?

No that’s one thing on the 700 that doesn’t rattle.
