I ordered a windshield from them (sxs stuff)
On them on the 23rd of November. Lets say they were closed the rest of the week for thanksgiving. I still have not heard anything about my windshield. Just an order confirmation that's it. Anyone else have any experience with this company?

I've done business with this company a few times and found them to be stand up. Like Chooglin said.

I called them today. The windshield went on back order from the manufacturer and should ship out Thursday. She apologized and said the manufacturer did not notify them.
