This picture pretty much defines the feeling of being out there without even needing a caption. This will be the background on my desktop for a while.

Here is @ToddACimer. I have one winch line tied to him and one winch line tied to a tree behind me.

I didn’t wash the red pioneer one time on the entire trip. Those extended fender flares and the skirts on the bottom really do a good job as you can see here. Not that I care about it getting dirty but it keeps me and my camping gear cleaner.

These pioneers climbed V-rock at Tackett like it was nothing. I was a little bit worried after watching some of the videos of other brands struggling but we made it look stupid

How do u think a 1000 with stock wheels and tires would do on v-rock? I went around it the last time I was there on a atv.

Ha it’d do just fine @Cuoutdoors had 28” tires vs the 27” factory and the factory are much stickier and flexible than the LT tires he has. He made it no problem up.

It’s “steep” but it’s rock so it climbs right up in 4WD even in i4wd it goes up.

Not sure what the other manufactures problems are, unless it’s between the seat and steering wheel.

Yeah, a stock machine Would do fine there. It would probably get beat up pretty bad getting there but once you get there climbing that rock is not a problem.

I went up hells canyon last year with it. Was gonna go down no business but I chickened out. We took a left before u get to the plan crash and come out an easier way. Did u guys ride no business? If so what's your thoughts on pretty much stock 1000 making it?

We went up “no business” and several of us didn’t require winching. I thought it was really fun as well as the other guys. If you have a good strong skid plate and your tires inflated to prevent pinch flats I think it is doable. The extra ground clearance from the bigger tires really helps keep from beating the snot out of the arms and undercarriage.

@Cuoutdoors made it up... of course he took the easier routes but he made it in an LE with truck tires. So a stock deluxe should make it no problem!

Had a great time again this year! Saw some old friends and made some new ones. Truck, trailer and machine all performed flawlessly. Sold some stuff, gave some away and had some given to me. Good food, music and conversation at the BBQ, got rained on a bit but it was all good. Thanks to @Hondasxs and everyone else who pitched in to make it another great event. Already looking forward to next year. Thanks guys!
