Should I ask dealer if unit has clutch upgrades , overheating issue resolved, and what about heat under driver seat?

I’ll add roof, window, and winch later.

Post some pics once you pick it up. All the updates should be done on a 2019 but it never hurts to ask and then the dealer will know that you have done your homework about the rig.

Congrats on the new rig and welcome from WNC, just like @Todd627 said don’t hurt to ask. As far as the heat under the seat you will have to do your own upgrade fan under seat , heat shielding fabric ect. The more you read these threads the more you will learn... (how to spend money) cuz that looks cool gotta do that.😁

add a bilge fan for under the seat with an on/off switch. There are plenty of ways to do it. Just type “bilge fan” in the search.
