Nobody has a lot of specs yet but it does look like the upgrades done that they have mentioned was for a power adder. Kept compression low, large cam with more duration towards the exhaust side, larger throttle body, larger injectors, better cylinder head and piston oil squirters. Looks like a nice open void behind the motor also. Honda is known to be overkill/bulletproof on the engine internals. I would think they would let the aftermarket work out any shortcomings before offering a factory turbo kit but looks like Honda gave them a good platform. You guys think Honda beefed up the engine internals like what Yamaha did on the 2019 YXZ so it would be turbo ready? And if HRC offers a turbo kit will it void the warranty?
Actually, Adapto-fit-Hillbilly Engineering got the contract. But if they want $480 for an accessory windshield wiper, this will set you back $6K.

LMAO, considering I'm the one that made it up yes, a very poorly done picture in MS paint at that. That picture was found to be a fluke right?
Premonition time, I said $6K last December, so it's actually $5,700 MSRP, I was only off by 5%Actually, Adapto-fit-Hillbilly Engineering got the contract. But if they want $480 for an accessory windshield wiper, this will set you back $6K.

My thing is why pay 5700.00 for the kit when you know it's coming as an additional model... Why not wait until the turbo model comes out for 1000-1500 more?? Even if it's 2 grand I'd rather have it as a factory built unit than an aftermarket add on.
