I have been able to figure most things out- but this one I can not answer- If it is out there, please point me to it, I searched.

I am a newbie owner of a side by side. I have owned and tinkered with many adventure motorcycles, but this SxS is for the wife. I want to make it street legal (I have looked up my local laws) so we can run down to a friends house or the church (all back country roads less than 1 mile). I really don't like the idea of drilling holes, nor the stick on led strip- so, I am thinking mirrors with integrated turn signals. I have done this on my DRZ with integrated signals in the bark busters, so same idea.

I have already bought the club Turnpro kit.

My question: Can I eliminate the included two sets of three 3/4" indicators and replace them with another turn signal source? If so, is there an adaptor I can use, or how would I connect the +/- bare wires from the mirror indicators to incorporate them into the Turnpro kit and dash rocker switch?

If the above does not work, can I simply run one of the three indicators per side, or do all three (six total) need to be connected to prevent any issues?

I hear you have to post pics around here or are considered a bum, so here is our Christmas morning first ride.

TIA

Nice pic! RITFC (red is the fastest color)! Excellent gift choice.

As for your question…I suspect you could run just one of the 3/4” lights if you wanted. You could also just extend the wiring up to the mirror signal lights if you wanted. Or maybe both if you want. I wouldn’t over think it too much.

There are no conversion connectors if that is where you are going. You simply need to extend the wiring from your mirrors to the + and - from the front turn pro wires for the signals on each side. For maximum visibility though you should use what it came with AND your mirrors.
