P700 Upgrades

New member from upstate SC here. I have a 2014 700-4 that I bought in 2016 and have finally decided to make a few upgrades. Planning a trip to Hatfield and McCoy trails next spring and want to be ready. Thinking about adding a Strongmade 2.5" lift with 28" ITP Blackwater tires on 14" ITP ss212 wheels and fox shocks. Was hoping for some advice and suggestions. Thanks

Just came back from there on Thursday. We rode the Pocohontas trail system. Green and blue trails you will be fine stock, as I am. If you want to use your 4wd and try a black trail, def need 27’s and some sort of lift. I tried 2 black trails, and barely made it through one and backed down the other. I went up there stock to see what I needed and a lift and taller tires are it. Otherwise it’s the best haha

Thanks. Just ordered tires, wheels, and a lift. Planning on going to Rockhouse, Bearwallow and Buffalo Mountain. I have been with my Rincon but never with the pioneer.

Sounds like you have a good plan! Welcome aboard from Northeast Texas. I have a 700/4 and have added 27's and a backup light only so far but I think a winch will be my next addition. I don't really need one but it would be a good addition!

Can't go wrong adding a winch. Haven't had to use mine to get unstuck yet but I have used it for other things.

Hey all... just installed a Honda windshield and roof on 700-2 pioneer. Took some time but all went well.
