I have a 2022 1000/5 Forest and eventually would like to upgrade the shocks. I tow my boat/watercraft trailers around with it so I don’t think I want to lose the self-leveling feature so do I just change the fronts? Can I upgrade the rears?
TIA

nobody makes anything equivalent to the self leveling, by keeping them you still will get the harsh ride. Cant have/wont want one without the other😉
But still search it for more in depth detail

For the fronts you can change to whatever of your liking. The fox qs3 are very nice and changing the fronts may give you the desired ride if you leave the backs. Or go fox or even rough county all the way around and step up in spring rate a little in the back and call it good. You may also want to consider a tow dolly also if the tounge weight is enough that leveling your ride is a concern, you may be over the factory limits
