P1000m5 UTV801 windshield wiper slipping

So I installed my new UTV801 windshield today (great product) and all is good except for the manual wind shield wiper. When I crank it to swing the wiper blade, the handle slips and the blade doesn’t move. I tried adjusting it but nothing is working. Anyone had this issue before and if so, how did you fix it? Thanks

The teeth on the wiper arm are stripped. Trying to get it swapped out with the company
