P1000m5 vent line extension

went on a long ride yesterday. noticed this today this is the vent line to the gas and crank case is this normal?

Remind me again, when you say crank case what are we talkin.?
Is that the rubber hose that used to go to the air box (air filter box)?

sub transmission vent line not crank case. lol my bad on that I forget it has a sub transmission. I think fuel vapor caused dust to settle on the vent lines. kinda scared me I did something wrong.

Ok, that sounds better.
Some guys are running chain saw fuel filters as a vent filter - it fits on the end of the tube.
Also there are differential vent filters used by off road truck/Jeep crowd.

yeah I am going to order some got to get a back panel to help with dust as well.

I use filters on the ends. Keeps bugs and dirt dobber wasps out

My gas vent with filter puked gas out so I put back to factory location
