Ok, so I'm talking to myself again! We built a new home 14 years ago, planed all the landscaping on being able to watch the children from the kitchen/dinning room, all ready know where the sand box, play set will go! It's already planned out. HA!

Congrats. Grandkids are fun. You can buy them the loudest toys and then go home. Make sure you buy lots of toys that need putting together and takes piles of batteries
