New wheels and tires. I've been buying and assembling them one at a time since last summer and finally put them on today! Tusk Armamid Terrabites, KMC Grenade Beadlocks offset 5x2 front and 4x3 back, no spacers. Huge difference over factory Big Horns... smooth and quiet. I like it!

I can see why you had to do it slowly, those wheels look killer, but expensive.

Ride Report later.
Have a weld fix for a friend to do today.
Quick pavement ride says quieter no speed loss, a bit rougher ride and the rear is about a 1/2" taller than the 2.0 Horns.
Beadlock rims, don't seem heavier than LE rim. I did not weigh them.
I haven't adjusted pressure yet.
Full 3/4" tread depth

I do like the tire sidewall is wider than the rim. The tire takes the side hits, not the rim.

28x10-14 and the wheels are 7" wide. Heading out for a proper ride. First nice weekend in awhile.

RB3 1" Wheel Spacer on rear. Nice Product.

Front is still about 3/16 wider than the 1" spaced rear. The spacer has stabilized the ride and sensitive turning at high speed. And I think it looks better getting the rear out of the fender well a bit.

The rack is from Brick City Fabrications in AZ. I wanted to original style with no spare but they stopped making it. Quality is good but it would be nice if the bottom had a wire mesh on the cooler section which other members have added.

Used 8 rock lights 4 on inside of cabin, 4 outside. Then wired led lights for under dash storage led strip lights underneath. Then 2-3 mm pin lights for ambient on either side of pocket. Had to drop skid plates hide wires. Also made a fire wall splash guard for under hood area. Went behind battery’s and hose. Should keep all wires and switches kind of blocked and clean.

Made from a splash guard from a Avalon. Worked great to me. Took my time.
