What do you collect?

VW’s and Hot Wheels.

I have 11 VW’s now and I’ve owned 34.
I’ve got upwards of 10,000 hot wheels and I’d say 700 or so are worth $80 or more? Other brands like Greenlight, M2, and matchbox too. Some of the sets I’ve got are worth $1,200 or so?

I love the old bugs. My dad had a Manx buggy when I was a kid, and he'd often buy cheap bugs to play with for a while. One day, I'd really like to build a baja.

Now that I'm done with most of my home projects since retirement I'm starting to collect dust.

It’s packed with other stuff and I haven’t cleaned the garage after the kitchen remodel, but here is the higher priced ones. I’ve got 24 master cases filled in the loft with other $1 cars.

I HOPE! I hate cleaning carbs! Lol
A couple of the rarer ones need some parts which I can’t find. The 550 has its carbs out on the bench for a rebuild. The Yamaha rd60 needs a new reed because it doesn’t like to stay running long. And the cl100 is a total project. The kid who I got it from was clueless on what he was doing. Trying to convert a 6v to a 12v and screwed some stuff up. My others are daily riders and a dirt bike. I’ve got a ruckus too that my dad uses to take the Bruce and nephew on rides in the pasture to feed the horses.
