What do you think is the best all around mud tire and size for the Honda p500 that doesn’t break stuff all the time and doesn’t kill all your power? Just curious everyone’s thoughts

Even though I have never ran them I would probably say 27 or 28 zillas. Everyone I know that has them loves them and they are lighter then pretty much anything else out there..

Width can rob more power than height... so it really depends on how and where you ride. I like tall & skinny for ground clerance, even a 30" tall tire still lets you climb a tree. I can go faster than a stock size tire without needing to hit the rev limiter due to more roll out. I have only tried that once, going fast is not fun in my P5.

I run 27" mayhems. Great in mud, rock and hard pack but they're terrible in sand. Over 2000 miles and very little wear. I think the Bighorns are the preferred all terrain tire

26 or 27s for sure. Tire width and different offset rims may determine if you stay at 50 inch width or not. No rubbing with 27s here on 5-2 rims, but at 54 inch wide now. Tire width 9 on front, 11 on rear. Journey 350s, like a Bighorn thread.
