P1000 What is this ground wire for

Im trying to keep from tearing this thing apart to figure out what this ground cable Is for. can't find any info in the owners manual its starting to annoy me.

Spare ground ground for whatever you want. Primarily intended for a winch ground. Added starting with 2017 or 2018 models—don’t recall which year.
