After looking at Rocky Mountain ATV I can not find a wheel that has 1 1/2" offset that the factory wheels have. They are all 2" offset which means my overall width will be at least 62", not the factory 60". Is that True? The reason I bring it up is 60" will fit on my trailer anything wider will not!

Yep. Most are 2-5 or 3-4. Only option for new rims is to hunt some takeoff aluminum ones from a Rincon or the 15 Rubicon.
Everyone has had to buy new trailers.
