OK, I have heard both ways if I go 14 x 7 wheels on my pioneer all the way around and run 27 x 10 x 14 tires all the way around. Staying as close to stock width (63”) as I can, Do I need a 1 inch spacer in the rear to keep them even or not?

I installed a Highlifter 2.5" lift. I added 2"spacers on rear and 1"spacers on the front to keep my stance. I have 30x10x14 tires all 4 corners

Assuming ur new wheels have the same offset ft and rear,You will need 1” spacers on the rear. The stock wheels on the rear of the pioneer 1000 ,have an offset greater than the ft.

14x7 5+2 wheels and 28x10 tires puts me at about 66 to the outside of the tire tread and wider at the side wall bulge and right at 65" to the outer edge of the bead lock. I have a 1 inch spacer in the rear to make the front and rear even. If you want to stay closer to 63" you'll need a 6+1 wheel. The 10" front tire will still bulge a lot more than the stock 9" tire so you will likely be 64 or a bit more.
