Looking to get rid of the ugly stock wheels and step up to something nicer. In reading it seems like 14" wheels have a tendency to rub. What aftermarket wheels are a good value and what combo is everyone running?

I love the look of 14's. But make sure you read over my thoughts on 12 vs. 14 inch wheels.

Where did you read about the rubbing? What they say?

Maybe it was tire size rather than the 14" wheel. I want to only have to purchase wheels once so I am looking for opinions I.e manufacturer recommendations, offset (if any), etc. Just a little lost over the issue.

Thanks!

Ya. It can be confusing. What kind of ridding do U do?
How fast? Is it rocky?

What is your offset. I haven't looked into it to much but I would like different wheels even if it was 12 inch but the offset has to be exactly the same. I can't go any wider or it won't fit in my toy hauler.

Really don't do much riding in rocky terrain, mostly service roads and trails. Would like to get the life out if the stock tires for now. ( thus a 12") Seems like an average of $75-$100 a wheel don't need beadlocks I think... but have seen pics of a larger wheels with lower profile tires and do like 'em!

I had a extra set of Polaris RZR Le wheels. I ordered a set of wheel adaptors for the pioneer. With the positive offset of the polaris wheels I only ended up 1 inch wider.

Ok, so if your toy hauler has no extra room the I would say you need to stick to factory wheels. You will for sure exceed 60 inch with a set of aftermarket wheels.

My best guess on factory wheels offsets are:
Front 12x6 with a 5+1 offset.
Rear is 12x7.5 with a 6+1.5 offset.

As my 14x7's with a 4+3 offset measured 63.

They make 12x7's with a 5+2 offset. Which would put you right above 61 inches. I have never seen anything with less offset then that from aftermarket.
Sorry.

Ya it sucks but I will make it work because I am not getting a new toy hauler and I literally have about 61 inches to work with it's very tight but it fits. It's ok I can just stick to the stock wheels. It is what it is. Thanks for the info.

Graybear, I too have an extra set of RZR wheels. Where did you find the wheel adaptors? I was thinking about using my RZR wheels, but was concerned about what it would do to the overall width. As I look at my Polaris wheels, they appear to have a little more offset than the stock Honda steel wheels; in addition, I would then need to add the width of the wheel adaptor. I'm pleased to hear you only added 1" in width using your RZR wheels and adaptors. I must have different offsets on my Polaris RZR alloy wheels since even without the wheel adaptors, I would be adding a minimum of 2" in total width.
