Where do you ride???

I live south of Houston. I travel 11 hrs to ride Cloud 9 Ranch in Southern Missouri. As a kid I would go there camping. As an adult my best friend got a membership and talked me into one as well. I like the family atmosphere and having my kids play in the same woods and creeks I did growing up.

So, where do you ride and why???

Woods and waters of NW Wisconsin. I ride there because it's where my cabin is located. Woods and trails in the summer and fall (hunting). Hard water for ice fishing in the winter.

Up State N.Y. Adirondack Mts. (Cabin )
4th Generation is Now -- Hunting -Fishing -- Riding -- the Same Area. ( Over 65 years for some of us )
The metod of travel sure has CHANGED for the better.

Cloud 9 ranch is Southern Missouri in the Ozarks. Camping resort. 6000 acres with 150 miles of trails. Caves, fishing, old school dance on Friday nights at the big top.

Desert, desert, and more desert. I did head up to whee the forest meets the high desert last week. Finally had a small enough 4x4 vehicle to get back there in.

Mostly wet muddy swampy stuff though...

MO, ARK, and TN mostly. I have passed by Cloud 9 a few times and got curious and lightly checked into it seem a couple years ago. It has been a while, but IIRC it was fairly expensive and lot of rules.

Northern Wisconsin , Park Falls area. It's a 5 hour drive north for me but worth it. Not much off road in Eastern Iowa.

I’m lucky enough to live where I ride. SE Ky plenty of strip mines and auger roads. Old timber roads and gas well access roads.

Plenty of Power it's -"NOT"- a issue.
Think of the added weight -- just another passenger.
The UHM Skid & yellow top Optima battery ( under driver seat ) are low & help stability.

Mostly in Northern Michigan. The northern lower to be exact. I have a cabin there. Alot if snowmobile trails there. Also in my area theres a military base and at times u can ride the tank trails, lots of sandy hills and creators from bombs!

If u have a p5 like i use to have, theres plenty of 50” trails that are challenging and fun. Sled trails depending where your at can be challenging as well. The state land logging roads ate now open to orv so theres alot more challenging unknowns to explore!

That’s about 30-45 minutes from here. I’m a little farther south on the Virginia line. Near a little town they call Elkhorn city. Last day of turkey season today.

in winter,out my back yard,onto the lake,then the sky's the limit.the rest of the year,up the drive,down the street,thru my sons lot and into the back country.central british columbia.no trail fees,no gates, thousands of kilometers of trails,fire/forest service roads.no blm nonsense.if it's crown (gov) land it's accessible to everyone.

My son was headed to Michigan for a 2 week job. Usually they fly him in, but he request being allowed to go in his personal truck and receive mileage so that he could leave a few days early and turkey hunt while up there. Probably stay a couple days after the job to hunt also.

The rules aren't bad. Still laxed enough for ppl to do alot of dumb s***. Everytime I go something crazy happens. Watched a Polaris highlifter get turned into a low (low) rider. The girl driving it didn't own it. It was her boyfriend's brother's rig. We went and picked him up (just to see his face!!! Lol),and took him back to it. The entire time my buddy has Don't Touch My Truck (Sam Hunt remix) blaring. The guy was pretty pissed. His wife, who they said pays for everything was even more pissed!!! Lol She ended up telling the girl "You can put anything in your mouth for $20". Than told her she understood if she need to be put on an "Installment" plan.... lol🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
