I ordered a windshield and roof through Honda Powersports online for my 1000-5 and have been waiting a few weeks for it to arrive (from Arizona to Virginia). I couldn't wait to open it and found that the windshield is cracked and some hardware was missing (I presume they fell out of the damaged box). I submitted a claim already but has anyone experienced this with Honda Powersports and if so, how did the resolution go? I'm concerned about lead time for a new one and if they are going to request it to be returned due to the size.
