Pull your front speed sensor in the sub trans. It is magnetic and counts the teeth on the gear. If you have ground the reverse gear or low gear shifting because you were not at a full stop, could be metal shavings on the sensor throwing things off. Clean it good, flush the sub trans and see if it helped.
My sensor was covered in metal dust/shavings from my reverse gear.
It was lurching and wierd at lower speeds. Now after rebuild and cleaning, it is back to normal.
