Would there be any issues with running a 28x11x14 tire on all 4 wheels? No lift.

If you have the proper backspacing, I guess it could work.

Steering would be tougher and you would probably get more bump steer and more torque steer. Not to mention, you would get mud in your face.

It would be good for snow, thats for sure. I'm guessing you don't get much of that.

I would also be curious about high speed handling. Not sure if it would affect that or not.

Thanks, Joey. I am looking at going to 14" wheels with a 5+2 offset. I was wanting to go with the Kenda Bear Claw HTR, but the 28's only come in 9 or 11. I want to go same tire size all around. Looks like I may be going with the 28x10x14 rocktanes or a similar tire instead.

Those things I listed are minor. If you're serious about it, you could buy the 11 inch wide tires first and try them in the front. Then you could make your decision on whether or not to use 9 inch in the front.

I'm guessing it's not a big deal but I thought those things are worth mentioning. I run 10" wide in the front and it seems fine.

I was actually just going through your build thread (for about the 1000th time. Lol) looking to see what size tires you are running. I assume you are running 10's front and back? You also have the 1" spacers in the back to even out the width?

Also, one of my concerns of going with 9's in the front and 11's in the rear with the same size wheels on all 4 would be that the fronts would be slightly shorter than the rears due to narrower tires being on the same size wheels.

I started with the 1" spacer in the back but ended up putting it in the front and then put a 1.5" in the back. The back is slightly more narrow but you can tell 1/2".

I run oem at home and then 30x10 roctanes when joy riding.

In theory I guess they would be shorter. Probably not enough to matter though.

I prefer the 10" for the front and if I were you, I would find a brand that offers 28x10
