P700 Is there a part missing?

Just got my 2021 700-2 and was wondering if there is a protective plate thats missing to protect exposed wires?Please see picture

I believe those are all grounds, as green is typically ground. The exposed connection also hints that's those are grounds. So they should be ok.

The tire tread shown in the pic looks pretty aggressive- like a good one for mud and sand. What tire is that?
