P1000 What’s this metal piece laying behind rubber barrier?

Removed the front seat back, then the rubber barrier. This is what was laying there:

Holds the flap on around the seat belt hole

You took too many clips out to remove the center panel. All of that stays attached to the center panel when you remove it
