P700 1"-1.5" vs 1.5"- 2.0" Spacers?

I'm seeing for our terrain the 700 needs some width for stability.

I did a search but wanted some current info with what people are experiencing especially those who have used both.

And is the stock thread M12?

I run 1 1/2" and yes the THPI for the pioneer 700 is 12mm x 1.5
