I have a 2017 Pioneer 1000-5 Limited Edition with the CFAB A-Arms on it. I was wondering if anyone has messed with adjusting the shocks as far as turning the nuts down to get a little more ground clearance out of it. I'm not worried about getting a lot, just interested in getting a inch or two. I do not want to add a bracket lift to do so. Anyways i know not to run them down all the way but I want to know if anyone has done this and had any issues do so. Only thing I'm really worried about is putting the stock axles in a bind???? Any info will be appreciated!!

How are those CFab arms doing on your limited? I have a limited as well but everyone is saying don't do it because of axle length, so I'm kind of curious on how your experience has been. Thanks in advance!

I have not had any issues with mine. I did break a heim joint once, but that was my fault. I havent had any issues with my axles because of the a arms either, overall they have been great!

I just turned mine down 1" last weekend. I'm very happy with the height I gained. I'm in Maine so I do mostly woods riding. The extra height helps. It changed the angle of my wheel a bit. Now the tops of the tire tilt in slightly. It's not noticeable in the front but looking straight on from the rear you can see it. I didn't take ground measurements before I did it but it looks to be about a 2" gain in height.
