P1000 1000-5 rough idle

What I've done and proved effective is to rev it up a little before you shut it down. I guess to clear it's throat.

So is the revving idle normal I am looking to get a 2019 700-4 and it revs when idling in neutral. When you put in drive it run fine no revving HELP
