P1000 2 questions

I have a brand new Pk-5 deluxe with about 20 miles on it. I have noticed that I hear a single clicking noise immediately when it shifts gears. It does this after each gear change. Is this normal?

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced winch that is fairly easy to install?
