New guy here.

I am going to purchase a 700-4 this weekend. Going to do trail rides and work around the house on 7 acres of land. I am choosing between these two.

2015 with 150 miles. Used as neighborhood golf cart basically. Comes with lots of add-ons. $10,000

7001

2020 700-4 base model $11,000
Base 700 4

Neither have EPS or ability to shift gears. One has warranty, the other does not.

Which would you choose?

Not sure what all assc. the 15 has, but for sure top, windshield, mirror, winch, A arm guards, and tires. I would ask a lot of question about why so few miles on 15, if satisfied I would go 'used'. Plus, you can save tax.

personally, new is the way to go, $1000 more for a warranty and newer model. If you go with the used make sure any recalls have been addressed. I was in similar position before i got mine, after looking at privately owned used units i went to dealer. Test drove the 700 and decided yes, after walking in the building to sign papers on 700 i decided to test drive the 1000-5, that was all she wrote. SPORT MODE sold it.

Well, option #1 won. (see what I did there?) I am now the proud owner of a pristine 2015 700-4.

The 2017 deluxe was pretty banged up and the owner could not really explain why as he was not the original owner. He had no service records or knowledge.

The 2015 literally looks like it just came off the showroom. I will most likely add power steering in the near future. it runs and drives great. The trailer is in great shape and fit the UTV with just enough room with a mounted toolbox at the front. Everything was as described for $10,000 total. I will post a pic or two later.

I didn’t get to chime in on your choice but sounds like you made the right call. The 7hundo is badass. 😎Can’t wait to see pics.
