Does anyone have a parts list for rebuild of 2016 pioneer 1000 sub trasmission rebuild low,reverse, shift fork ect ect.parts that make sense why you are in there,have looked and can't find anything have asked can't get any info.

@Hondasxs might still have a sub trans or maybe it was a diff. Sorry I don’t remember off the top of my head.

Told you to look at the parts fische my man lol. A lot of the part numbers have been updated since most of us have done it. You’ll need the shift forks, reverse/low, and the upgraded shaft & shift star. You’ll want to get the case gasket as well.

I believe all the parts have been updated to the latest/greatest.
It is a pretty easy job once you have it out. Just take your time, use the manual and be super careful messing with the shift drum. The slots on top are extremely soft and can be damaged if you look at it funny.

Yep, 30 minute job once you have it on the bench. Getting it out and reinstalled is the biggest pain in the ass of the whole job.

Yup, only other tip I can offer is clean the crap out of the case before taking it all apart. The less mud and crap on the shafts, the easier it is to take apart.

Most of the time the forks are OK, the "wear" marks on them appear to be from production not actually worn parts.

Atleast that's how they've all looked when I've rebuilt them.

The few I’ve seen have been bent from trying to man handle it into gear after it s***s the bed. You’ve seen a lot more of them than I have so I defer 👍🏼
